Cash on Delivery:
All orders across Pakistan are available with Cash on Delivery. You pay in cash to the delivery rider when your order arrives. No advance payment. No credit card required.
Order Confirmation:
After placing your order you will receive a WhatsApp message within 30 minutes to confirm your details. Please reply YES to confirm. Unconfirmed orders may be cancelled after 24 hours.
Delivery Times:
Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad: 2–3 working days Other cities: 3–5 working days Working days are Monday to Saturday. Public holidays are not counted.
Shipping Charges:
Free delivery on orders above Rs. 2,000. Rs. 200 shipping charge on orders below Rs. 2,000.
Out for Delivery:
You will receive a WhatsApp message on the morning of your delivery day. Please have the correct amount in cash ready.
Failed Delivery:
If you are unavailable, a second delivery attempt will be made the following working day. After two failed attempts the order is returned. You are welcome to reorder.
