Returns & Refunds Policy

Our policy:

Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if you have an issue. We will assess each case individually and do our best to help.

How to contact us:

WhatsApp us with your order number and describe the issue. We respond within a few hours.

Unopened products:

If you receive your order and have not opened it, contact us within 7 days to arrange a return.

Damaged or wrong item:

Photograph it immediately and send the photo via WhatsApp. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Used products:

We assess requests for used products on a case by case basis. Contact us and explain your experience.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Reactions caused by failure to patch test
  • Orders where COD was refused at the door
  • Personal preference after extended use

Note: These products contain active ingredients. Skin reactions can occur. Always patch test before full use. If you experience a reaction, stop use. This does not automatically qualify for a return โ€” contact us and we will help.
